By accessing our website, purchasing our products, or using any of our cloud, software, accessibility, or security services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. VUON is a technology company dealing in cloud storage solutions, accessibility devices, security devices such as cameras, alarm systems, routers, sensors, and related products, along with proprietary software and digital services. These services are provided to individuals, businesses, and enterprises.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You agree to use all VUON products, software, and services only for lawful purposes and not for any illegal surveillance, hacking, cybercrime, misuse, or unauthorized monitoring. You must not attempt to copy, reverse-engineer, modify, resell, or distribute any of our software, hardware, or intellectual property without written permission.

All prices, specifications, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice. Orders will be processed only after successful confirmation of payment. VUON reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraud. All applicable taxes, GST, and government charges shall be borne by the customer.

Installation and deployment timelines depend on site conditions, technical feasibility, and customer infrastructure readiness. VUON shall not be responsible for delays caused due to improper site conditions, third-party interference, or power and network issues. Any physical damage caused by misuse, power fluctuations, or unauthorized installation is not covered under warranty.

All software and cloud services are provided strictly on a licensed basis and not as a transfer of ownership. While we strive for maximum uptime and performance, VUON does not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or complete immunity from cyber threats. Customers are advised to maintain independent backups of their important data even while using our cloud services.

Hardware products are covered only under the original manufacturer’s warranty, and software services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. VUON shall not be liable for any data loss, financial loss, business interruption, network failure, cyberattack, theft, or indirect or consequential damages. In all cases, VUON’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service.

VUON reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate services without prior notice in cases of payment default, violation of terms, illegal activity, or misuse of products or services. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts only.

PRIVACY POLICY

VUON respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and business information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and safeguard your data when you use our website, software, cloud platform, and security or accessibility devices.

We may collect personal information including your name, phone number, email address, billing and installation address, payment transaction details, device identifiers, IP address, cloud usage data, and software activity logs. This information is collected for account creation, service delivery, installation, technical support, communication, security compliance, and legal purposes.

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

At VUON, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Any request for cancellation must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Once the order is processed, shipped, or installation has been scheduled, cancellation will not be permitted. Refunds are applicable only in cases where the product is found to be defective at the time of delivery or if the service cannot be provided due to technical limitations solely from VUON’s side.

All approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days through the original mode of payment. Installation charges, service fees, software license fees, and used products are strictly non-refundable. Any damage caused after delivery due to misuse, power fluctuations, unauthorized handling, or third-party installation shall not be eligible for refund or replacement.

WARRANTY POLICY

All hardware products sold by VUON are covered only under the original manufacturer’s warranty, subject to their respective terms and conditions. VUON does not provide any additional independent warranty unless clearly specified in writing. Software services and digital platforms are provided on an “as-is” basis without any guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.

The warranty shall become void in cases of physical damage, water damage, voltage fluctuations, unauthorized repair, tampering, improper usage, or third-party modifications. Warranty claims are applicable only after inspection and verification by authorized service personnel.

SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

All software, cloud platforms, mobile applications, and digital systems provided by VUON are licensed, not sold. The customer is granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the software solely for their internal business or personal use. The user is strictly prohibited from copying, reselling, sub-licensing, reverse-engineering, modifying, or distributing the software in any form.

VUON reserves full ownership of the software source code, system architecture, interface designs, and intellectual property. Any misuse or violation of this agreement shall result in immediate termination of access and may attract legal action.

DISCLAIMER
